OK one more ... Book of Moon versus Breaker

Breaker is summoned and exercise of priority puts a spell counter on it. Breaker is then Book of Mooned face down. Clearly it can use its spell counter (only spell speed one). However, is the counter now lost because Breaker is face down?

Since Breaker's effect is only a Spell Speed of 1, as soon as he is summoned and you activate Book of Moon to the "placement effect" of the Spell Counter, Breaker would be flipped face-down.

So, visually speaking, the Spell Counter would just bounce around looking for its target (Breaker), then disappear.

O.K. and that is way I have 3 "Book of Moon" in my deck , now here is a heads-up do not forget
"Tsukuyomi" for she is a "stirit monster" but when she is normal summoned flipped-summoned or
flipped face-up she puts a face-up monster on the field face-down like "Book of Moon", but you can use
her more then once. I have one in my deck too.
