Can I chain the effect of Mystik Wok to the effect of Order to Smash, tribute only one monster from my side of the field and get BOTH effects? Or do I have to tribute one monster for each effect?

That's like asking if you can activate Ring of Destruction on your Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys, and if your opponent decides to chain Compulsory Evacuation Device, would you still destroy Phoenix.HorusMaster said:

You can't combine tributes because tributes are payments. It's comparable to trying to use the same dollar to pay for two different menu items on the Dollar Menu at McDonalds. Each one requires it's own dollar as payment.
Add to that, Mystic Wok's tribute takes place before the effect is added to the chain. When it's time to activate order to Smash, the monster you tributed for Mystic Wok is no longer on the field.
