Ok my question is pretty simple but I'm not sure.
The question is this: If I am at the end of my turn and I have have Card of Safe Return, and I have a Manticore of Darkness in the graveyard from this turn and one say in my hand. Then at this time I am activating my Manticore at the end of my endphase which I think you can discard as well on the same phase for the Rulings so that you only have 6 left in hand.
Does that mean I can discard like Outstanding Dog Marron and then still draw with the effect of Safe Return with manticore?
