here a question about PWWB, if i my foe active a spell card like pot of greed, or simmalr or a trap, like wabku, and i chain phoenix wing wind blast, and secelt the actived card how would that resolve, would the spell or trap reovle like normal and then be sent to the top of you foe deck or would thye be destoryed anyways?

The card will still resolve normally.

Player1: activates Pot of Greed
Player2: chains Phoenix Wing Wind Blast and targets Pot of Greed
Players do not respond
Resolve steps
Step2: Pot of Greed is sent to the Top of Player1's deck
Step1: Player1 draws 2 cards
