Not too shabby. I like the Phoenix/Warrior hybrid you have going on here :dope: . A couple of suggestions to help get to your big tributes quicker...

Apprentice Magician will help get to your Hand of Nephthys. You could add 1 and it would search Hand, or you could add 2 and add a Magican of Faith or another Hand... Your call.

You could also add a Silent Swordsman LV3, then search it out with Reinforcement of the Army or Sangan and use it to Special Summon his big brother.

I think another Don Zaloog would also help out here, but overall I like the build. It's a solid one for sure and I hope it does well for you. And I hope the suggestions help.
