I'd try Goblin Elite Attack Force aside from Zombyra the Dark, Zombyra the Dark just doesn't seem like a very solid monster.

When you attack with Goblin Elite Force, it goes to defense ( a 1500 defense that is) it keeps those Don Zaloog's, Mystic Tomato, Newdoria's, all sorts of >1400 ATK monsters. I see the logic in Zombyra of the Dark but once you attack, it's vulnerable to many monsters, including that second stapled Cyber Dragon you've been fearing. ;) If you want a consistent monster, use Goblin Elite Force, it may not be consistent but it is more consistent than Zombyra because after two attacks with him say goodbye to Zombyra of the Dark.
 
In an aggro infested metagame, such as mine, zombyra runs much better than GEAF. I don't see very many Newdorias, zaloogs, or even Spirit Reapers for that matter. I'm a little bit more geared towards handling exarions, and Berserk Gorillas. now, if my metagame was full of tomato control, or the likes, then GEAF would play a much more effecient roll than zombyra.

now, if I manage to get my hands on Cyber Dragons, then they will replace the zombyras.
