First time judging; Sneak Previews + Regionals

Hi all!
My name's Matt and I'm new to judging, and I'm attending my first premier event this Saturday. Yeah, that's right, my first judging experience will be at the Duelist Genesis sneak previews at Toronto! A regionals will be happening at the same time, and I talked to the head judge of SJC Toronto and he said he'd get me to mingle around both of the events (focus more on the sneak preview since I have to leave early like 5:00)
I want to print off some of the documents on yu-gi-oh rulings and other policies; however, my parents don't want me to print off everything. I already printed the rulings for the new cards so I can't print off too much else. What are the most important documents that I should bring along to the previews + regionals event? Or, are any of you judges in Toronto and would be willing to print me extra copies of the official tournament policy, Yu-Gi-Oh TCG Policies Appendix A, and/or Tournament Penalty Guidelines Appendix P?
