How To Make Sanctioned UDE Tournaments Flourish?

So I was wondering who has had success in making their Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournaments flourish, and if they can offer up any tips.
I am a judge at my local comic book shop on Sundays, and I would like to know how to make the event bigger.
How can I have Sneak Previews hosted at my tournament?
How can I host other events, like regionals?
Are these all dependant on my level as a Judge/TO?
So far we have a steady 4-8 players every Saturday and 8-12 players every Sunday. Its $5 to enter, and everyone gets a pack, or can get up to $5 in store credit for use on singles. Any advice from a seasoned TO/Judge would be greatly appreciated!
