I sit down to my match and want to concede to my opponent. Oddlyenough, my opponent wants to concede to me. Neither of us want to winand both of us want to concede the match. What happens?

Similarly,what if my opponent doesn't show up to our match and I want to concedeto him/her? He or she is not present to fill out the "win" for thematch. What happens?
