What to put on the deck list

My sister got a few Spanish Yugioh cards for her birthday and she was not sure what she is to put on her deck list
The name as its printed on the card
The English Name
or Both with the Spanish name and then in () the English Name
I told her I was not sure as I never had any one use a Non English card before and this was new for me also
I like to know as she plans on entering a tourney at the end of the month with them
