Possible SJC Top 8 Deck...

^EDITS SHOWN ABOVE^

In appearence the deck looks good. But, I'm afraid by it being cookie cut, it doesn't look like there was a lot of thinking put into the deck.

Let's start at the top. 3 Cyber Dragon will load up in the hand. 2 is a nice petit number, it'll work out nicely. I've tried three in decks like these (other CC) and they don't really thrive. Cyber Dragon's are ideal topdeck. Not cards you always have in hand. And they aren't very Appropriate when you have Scapegoat out or Mystic Tomato. So I'd off 1 Cyber Dragon for a Mystic Tomato. Mystic Tomato serves this deck well, as you are running 2 Don Zaloog, and 3 Spirit Reaper. It adds a bit of searchability and synergy to this deck.

Now the monsters look fine. Now onto the Spells. I saw an obvious problem when I looked at the spells. There is 2 Reinforcement of the Army in this deck without running a Pot of Avarice. You run 9 warriors, which is quite a bit, most of the time I'd recommend a Pot of Avarice to solve that problem. Here is why. You draw a Reinforcement of the Army early in the duel, you have almost all your Warriors in your deck right now, some in hand. You grab what you need. Now you draw the other one mid-game. All you have left is like...2 D.D. Assailants, they won't really serve you too well. Since I don't see Pot of Avarice being great in this deck without a Magical Merchant. I'd take this second Reinforcement of the Army out for a Scapegoat that you seem to be missing. Of course, this is probably why you had three Cyber Dragon.

Also, I like the Brain Control, I would have made it apparent that you need one if you were running 2 Mobius the Frost Monarch without it.

Now onto traps.

Straight out lose a Widespread Ruin, you don't run ONE flip-effect monster. Once you max out on Sakuretsu Armor, you single in a Widespread Ruin, if you run flip-effect monsters, you protect them with a second Widespread Ruin so you can get a better advantage (Dekoichi flip, attack). Now you have quite an offensive deck so you don't necessarily need that second Widespread Ruin. And I'd take it out for a Reinforcement of the Army. Yes, editing my own edits. Now that this deck has that Scapegoat, it can use a Reinforcement of the Army.

Well, I'm boring myself now. So I'm going to stop editing your deck. I didn't look at your side-deck the whole time so the edits are based off of your MAIN deck. ;) Hope I helped.

The deck looks good as is, but just seems odd to me. The absence of Mystic Tomato in the main deck when you have three Spirit Reaper and two Don Zaloog throws me off the most. Then there is the use of two Mobius the Frost Monarch when you don't have Brain Control or any true means of maintaining field presense(Mystic Tomato/Spirit Reaper or GK Spy). Because of all this, I'm going to have to say to drop one Mobius the Frost Monarch and D.D. Warrior for two Mystic Tomato(just interchange with side deck). Other than that, the only thing I see that should be done is the addition of Scapegoat over either Return from the Different Dimension or Widespread Ruin.

Complex Mind. I like the edits.
Swapping the 2nd Reinforcements for the Scapegoat makes sense (ill just swap with the sidedeck). I tried to stay away from maining the Tomato lol, but it just works so nicely, so I'll keep it in like you reccomended. :D lol. Yes, i tried to go for more of an offensive deck than my normal defenseive decks relying on dekoichis / spys. And dont get me wrong, those decks are pretty good too (if you know what your doing. ;) )

I usually run Dekoichi(s) in twos or even threes most of the times. Yes its a good card, but i tried to stay away from that, as i tried to go around building an offensive deck.
