Question about JHS-JP001 this card

JHS-JP001 , want to ask something about this card effect

1:if i got 2 token monster on the field only
while opponent attack all my token monster die...
this angel can use effect special summon to field or not?

2:(JHS-JP001) this card when use living death special summon reborn to the field can use the second effect or not? choose attribute for destroy the monster and cant summon , special summon that attribute monster

I think the card may help since it's not a code we can readily look up. Fortunately:

This effect can be activate during opponent's Battle Phase. When you have 2 or more monsters on the field, and all of them are destroy as a result of battle and sent to Graveyard, you may special summon this card from your hand. If this card is successfully special summon this way, name a attribute. Destory all face-up monsters on the field that have the declared attribute. Afterward, as long as this card is face-up on the field, opponent cannot Summon or Special Summon monsters with the declared attribute.

So to answer your questions:

1) No since tokens are not sent to the graveyard.
2) Not quite sure what you're asking here but you do not get the second effect (destroy an attribute and prevent that attribute from being summoned) unless you used the effect written in the first part. Any other way just gives you a 2800 beatstick.
