my name is ricki and i wanna know the answer to these two questions. NO. 1. Can you monster reborn any monster or specific monsters? No. 2. Can ritual summon a monster from the graveyard?

Can somebody please answer these questions AsAp

Re: Question.

This is probably the wrong thread for this. but it gets a little complicated when you are asking such a general question.

First the easy one.  You cannot Ritual Summon a monster from the Graveyard.

Second, any "Normal", non-effect monster or Non-Resticted Effect, can be Monster Reborn from the Graveyard.  Usually, if a Restricted Effect, Ritual, or Fusion Monster was summoned "properly" the first time, they are normally allowed to be Special Summoned from the Graveyard using Monster Reborn.

Example:

Remove 1 light and Dark to Special Summon Black Luster Soldier.  If he is sent to the Graveyard, he was properly summoned the first time and is eligible for Monster Reborn.

Special Summon a Fusion Monster using "Magical Scientist".  If the Fusion monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, it was not properly Fusion Summoned, so it is not eligible for Monster Reborn.

Re: Question.

does this monster reborn effect work for chaos emperor dragon envoy of the end as well?

You see i was battling and my opponent pulled out a chaos emperor dragon and used its effect sending it to the graveyard. I was wondering if i could monster reborn the monster from his graveyard to my side of the field, so that i would be able to use it against him.

Re: Question.

Since "Chaos Emperor Dragon" was summoned properly to the field originally, you could have used "Monster Reborn" to bring him back to the field afterwards.
