Team-attack increases the attack strength of the attack. Can I overload a team attacker. Take for example Wolverine-Logan team attacked with Superman-Red with it's cosmic counter. Can I use overload on anyone of them?

No, the attacks of the characters doesn't increase by themselves, the attacks are just combined together into a single attack total number. The attack numbers of the two (or more) characters stays the same until another card effect is added that boosts them individually (for instance: I Team Attack with Superman-Red and Wolverine-Logan and you end up playing a card that raises your defense higher then that attack, I play Savage Beatdown on Superman-Red, you can then play Overload to target Superman-Red.)
