As of July 1st Overload will be banned and Rama-Tut will read as followed:
"When Rama-Tut comes into play, if you recruited him and you control Dr. Doom, you may return target plot twist card from your KO'd pile to your hand."
I know the person who created overload; Alex Shvartsman. He's the PTO for New York and the surrounding area... He was on the original development team for Vs. and HE IS PISSED. He told me last saterday that if they banned it he would fly to california personally to give the people who banned it a peice of his mind.
Personally, I think the best solution to the overload problem is they make a similar card that says the following:
"Exaust target character with more then twice it's original attack. In addition, if that character is part of an attack you may remove all attacker from the current attack. The targeted character does not ready."
