i rekon u should take out fusiler and put in infernal incarnater and behemoth king of animals put in a Fissure aswell
 
As a fellow Skill Drain decker, my two favourite moments are

1) after activating Skill Drain and the opponent says..." so what does that card do?.."

2) watch opponent tribute (any monster really but this was a 1900 atk) for Great Maju Garzett. Summon fusilier activate Skill Drain and sit back while they figure out that they have a 6 star 0 atk monster in attack mode. Then on next turn they kill Skill Drain and attack my fusilier for 2800 damage. The look on their face while I patiently explain the rulings.

wow... lots going on in here.... ok here we go... I love Skill Drain, and i totally appreciate what you are doing in this deck. The main thing about a Skill Drain deck is that you get to control the heck out of your opponent. That being said, you also have the opportunity to take advantage of easy summoning requirements, beatstick atk power and not worrying about the drawback of that effect part of the monster... that is the glory of running Skill Drain. watching your opponents favorite monsters get beat up without their effects. and then beating them to a pulp with yours. Your spells and traps are basically support for the monsters to make sure that they, and your Skill Drains are protected and/or urged to continue punishing the opponent.... first lets look at your monsters....
anything with a field effect like breaker... toss it.. with Skill Drain one must decide what IS and isnt going to be good synergy for the deck... first off.. the deck should be closer to 40-42 cards.. make it easy to get your Skill Drains handy... MONSTERS>>>> I totally agree with the Fusiliers, and the goblins, and goblin elites.. I love that you are going to abuse the Chainsaw Insects.. swift gaia is good, and so it Zombyra... ... I am going to leave in Sangan, tomatos, Newdorias and Exiled Force.... these are great for field presence and monster killing... I am going to add one more Goblin Attack Force (If you have any Indomidable Fighter Lei Lei, put them in for Zombyra).... that knocks you down to 18...

SPELLS>>> ahhhhh the back bone of this deck.. your spells are going to make or break you in a Skill Drain Deck.... I like your spells... good support.. .. I am going to add ONE The Warrior Returning Alive.. bring back Exiled, or whatever you want, punish them... hurt them.. just wreak havoc on them.. Change out that Bait Doll for a Nobleman of Extermination if you can... with Mirror Force, TT, DD Virus going around, get rid of what you can.. ya so not much of a change in there... (I took out Pot of Avarice by the way.. it may hurt you... )

TRAPS>> ahhh.. ya.... the meaning of this whole monstrocity comes together in one fine spot... this is where your protection should be, with your firepower, you should not worry too much... you have the firepower, and the monster removal in your monsters and spells to hurt them enough.... so lets hone this up for you....
ok Fake Traps will protect your Skill Drains.. spell shields will protect your monsters from being snatched and swapped... the rest is for added killing power... Notice i removed Torrential Tribute... ouch you say.. it WILL hurt you too.. Mirror Force is better.. IMO... plus you are going to be overpowering them anyway...


SIDE DECK>...... side 2 Deck Devasation Virus, and Torrential Tribute.. if they get out of hand with their spells and traps.. side a couple of Cold Waves...

i like the whole Newdoria/Exiled Force/Sangan to kill your opponents monsters ...

anyways my Skill Drain deck is all beatsticks
so u should add lei lei / Curse of Royal when ur opponent tries to go for Skill Drain face up or down
i like using ground collape early in the duel so i can end it quickly
get rid of Sand Moth add another Chainsaw Insect

im not sure about the swift gaia is it a sumoning effect?
i would add maybe one card to power up your monsters

i could help you out more but im not thinking of all the cards u can put in but ur deck is looking good
 
Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight is indeed a summoning effect. I can't quote the exact text, but the general idea is that if Swift Gaia is the only card left in your hand you can Normal Summon him without Tribute.
