Could I assume that the following scenario is correct?
Example: Bobby sets one face-down trap (magic drain) then ends his turn,
in response Aaron plays mystical space typhoon at the end of Bobby's
turn and designates the magic drain, can Bobby then respond with a
quick-play spell card from his hand in response (like emergency provisions)
to offer the magic drain and gain his 1000 life points?
Answer:
This would be fine.
But I suggest that Aaron make sure to clearly state that he is activating
the "Mystical Space Typhoon" during Bobby's End Phase. (This helps
to avoid player confusion.)
