Return From Diff Dimension

i'm full of questions today lol

I had a slight argument with a friend today about Return from Different Dimension. They said that any cards that were special summoned, if they're killed they goto, and stay, in the graveyard. Or, if they're returned to the hand, they stay in the hand when they finish their turn. I was under the impression anything special summoned with RFDD is thrown back out of play upon the end of the turn, no matter where it is. Can someone clarify, please?

only if the monsters returned by RFtDD are on the field, and never left it, will the monsters go back out of play during the End Phsae
