This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "End of the World". If this card destroys your opponent's monster as a result of battle, it can attack once again in a row.

now, does this mean that if my opponent has 5 monsters, as long as I destroy a monster I can attack as many times as I want?
Or can I just activate this effect 1 time?

You can only activate it's effect only one time after destroying a monster, exactly like Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beggining
