I've always wanted to combine Horus with fiends, and I think I've come up with it at last. Basic strategy of the deck is to get out Horus 8 by using Creature Swap, Level Up! and plain old attacking.

Yeah, I tend to do that with my deck builds. But still, it could work...

One strategy:

Bring out a Horus 4 with a Maurading Captain, play Creature Swap and give them Maurading. It doesn't matter what they give me...I'll be able to attack the Muarading Captain with Level 4, and bring out 6 for the next turn.

It works with the Germs as well.

Mystic Tomatos bring out a lot of my cards also...

Though I might want to take out the Terrorkings...

Any more thoughts?

Anyone?

Hey DMU, one suggestion I made over in the Lair that I thought I'd throw here for kicks is the use of Ameba in this. Since you're looking to rely on Creature Swap, why not burn them at the same time? Its pretty easy to smash upon as well for LP damage and level up potential.

anthonyj: Take a look at the 3 Maurading Captains. He can special summon ANY level 4 monster to the field, not just warriors.

And Dilleo, I love the idea of Ameba in here...I have to give that a try also.

Yes, I know that but there are other 2000+ level 4s that don't require you to have a Marauding Captain to get to the field (heck use Rare Metal Dragon if you are going to have something that needs Marauding Captain to summon). And aren't going to burn your life points away every round. His immunity effect only works a third of the time on targeting effects so he is still quite vulnerable and if it is the negation you are looking to use Element Saurus would give you basically the same monster without the life point cost. It just doesn't seem to be playing to the strengths of the selected monsters.
