Scapegoat and Special Summoning to opponant

Was just bored and wondered can Alien Infiltrator, Lava Golem be activated the turn Scapegoat or Stray Lambs is played

Lava Golem = no.

Alien Infiltrator? He can still move around, if you have empty spaces. That would mean getting rid of the Sheep Tokens.

By "activate" Lava Golem, do you mean Special Summon? Because his effect of inflicting 1000 per turn would activate regardless of whether Scapegoat where played. His summon would be the only thing you'd be restricted from doing.

Alien Infiltrator also wouldn't have any problems activating, provided he has an adjacent Monster Card Zone to move to. That movement is not considered any type of summon.

Perhaps you're thinking of Alien Skull?

In which case, it's the same as Lava Golem. You cannot Special Summon it if you play Scapegoat in the same turn.
