Can Sangan, Mystic Tomato, and/or Witch of the Black Forest be used to search for Great Maju Garzett?

Yes, because his original ATK (the ATK power listed on the card) is 0. Unlike Maju Garzett, whose ATK is ? (undefined) and cannot be searched for by any of the above methods.
