Sending Horus LV6 to the graveyard without having LV8

Again, just confirming this:

The ruling on Horus LV4 states the following:
"¢ If you don't have "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 6" in your hand or Deck, you can still send "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 4" to the Graveyard to activate its effect. But if you don't have "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 6" then your opponent can check your Deck to confirm.

Now if I change "LV 6" to "LV 8" and "LV 4" to "LV 6" in the above ruling, would that not be true as well (that you can send Horus LV6 to the graveyard to activate its effect without having Horus 8 in your hand/deck... The UDE FAQ doesn't state it one way or the other).
