Just making sure on this one. If player A has Cyber Dragon out and plays Ring of Destruction on it and then chains Shrink to it, will the damage be 1050? I was thinking it would since Cyber Dragons attack is now 1050.

Since Shrink would resolve first, then yes. Of course if the chain was reversed, Ring would resolve first. But the way you described it, you would be correct.
