skill drain vrs exoida necrose

if my opponet has skill drain active and i bring out exoida necrosa does skill drain aply to him i think not because he is unfected by spell and traps it is way differnt then a another effect monster because the others dont alow it or something well n e way help plz so i can tell him he is wrong

"Exodia Necross" is indeed affected by spell and trap cards... he just can't be destroyed by them. So "Skill Drain" will make him a very basic 1800/0 creature.
