Snatch Steal power

New question....Activated Snatch Steal and take control of an opponent monster. If i flip-down this monster with Book of Moon, Snatch Steal is destroy. Can i flip-up this monster?? And then, the monster back to owner or not???

I'm no official judge, neither part of Empyre Inc. But I think, since Snatch Steal does target a monster, when Snatch is destroyed because of the downflip of the monster, there is no reason to switch: the monster is flipped down -> Snatch is destroyed -> Snatch can't 'find' its target anymore, so the ruling 'when destroyed, the monster is send back to the original side' doesn't work anymore -> the monster stays on your side of the field. No matter or you later do flip him up again. I hope I answered it correct, and I have answered your question with this.

It is indeed correct. If you Snatch Steal your opponent's monster and flip it face down, the next time you flip it face up, it will be yours until it goes to the graveyard.
