Snatch Steal vs. Change Of Heart vs. Book Of Moon

:boxing: few minutes ago in duel, I use SS to opponent's monster few turns after that e used COH, and he attacked to my life points and after he used BOM at the end of the turn he has to give my monter back? :? or he stay with the monter, beacose BOM destroy SS (equip card) I'm not sure Why?

You gain control of the targeted monster in the same Battle Position that it was in on your opponent's side of the field. If it is face-down you may Flip Summon it and any Flip Effect is activated. During your End Phase it is returned to your opponent's side of the field in the same Battle Position as you last had it in. So if you attacked with the monster and it remained in Attack Position, it will return to your opponent in Attack Position

Well, this is what I think.

When you use Book of Moon on the monster, Snatch Steal goes to the graveyard and forgets everything about the monster. Case resolved with that card. But Change of Heart doesn't forget; and, since its activation condition was correct (there was an opposing monster that you could control), the effect has to resolve completely. Then, the face-down monster should return to the opponent's side of the field.

Look, what I think of this chain, is that even if you had control of your opponent`s monster the effect of COH doesn`t get lost so no snatch steal and nothing to bond your opponent`s monster to his field the COH grants you the control of the monster at the end of the turn

put it in this way.

your opponent just gave you infinate control of their monster.

since the case of SS vs. Book of Moon is that you keep the monster and SS gets sent to the graveyard.

now, having this added on, to what your opponent did was a minor change.

what they should have done if possible, is snatch steel the monster back.

hence they keep the monster and get it face down and doesnt return.

but with COH, the Effect of COH have to finish resolving. so not only did your opponent put Your new monster face down they gave it to you face down.

this could be great if they are trying to set you up for a TOrrential Tribute.
