its easier said then done. Tho I have taken the level 1 test years ago on the old system, I never recieved a card. Then after the new system was instigated I got a new UDE number. I have recently tried taking the test, but the system insists on a password that I don't have and never created. There is a link to hit if you forgot your number or password, but that link doesn't work.

Try sending an E-mail, I had problems with linking accounts and I send E-mail and boom ... everything went well
