1. How do i get Harpie's feather duster, i know you have to buy a certain game but which im confused of

2. In the World Championships do they play both Traditional and Advanced or just one format?

1. Go to the card regestry and type in haripes feather duster and it will give you where it came from

2. all regional, national, and world tournaments are all using the advanced format for game play...

SDD is for harpies feather duster, and SDD stands for?

may i ask why then there exists a traditional format if theres only advanced tournaments?

SDD: "Worldwide Edition: Stairway to the Destined Duel"

And the reason why they have both formats here is to appease those players who'd feel slighted that they can't play with their Raigeki, Harpie's Feather Duster, Yata-Garasu, and Chaos Emperor Dragon.

However, the Advanced Format is what is used in Japan for their major tournaments as well as the Worlds (including the past one when we didn't have a banned list at that time but they did if I'm not mistaken), so UDE finally followed suit here in North America and other regions.
