Some Questions

1. Card effect makes it so that you cannot, since it was "summoned" face-down. You can, however, use an effect to flip it face-up, like Book of Taiyou. The new rule only applies to monsters "YOU" don't summon.

2. Solemn would not only negate it, but destroy it.

3. You would have to resolve Premature Burial first, then if your opponent has no response, you may activate his effect.

Thanks. About n1:
so you mean if i use call/premature/shallowI cannot change position because i "choosed" it's position the same turn?

2. nahh, just that one i know said that you were not able to negate Cyber Jar with Solemn...

I want to make sure we're on the same wave length here, specific wording often times being misunderstood.

Once Premature Burial has resolved and Tribe Infecting Virus's special summon is complete, turn player has priority to activate TIV's effect.
Right-e-ooooo!!

I'm glad you came in. Often times I think faster than I write and things get blurred. Clarifying it, I mean, "If your opponent has no response to Premature Burial".

A monster summoned that same turn is one of the three conditions that won't allow you to change the battle position of a monster manually. Even if it was summoned due to an effect. The only time that would be different is if the monster summoned was somehow Shifted to the other players side of the field that same turn. Then he would be allowed a manual change. But that scenario is rare.

We normaly don't lock treads except if they are posted in the wrong sub-forum or people start flame-wars. We let threads open so people can ask questions that have to do with this question or if people want an explenation.
