Hi guys,
1) Can E-hero wildheart attack when gravity bind is face-up on the field?
2) Can horus lv6 attack when messenger or level limitB is face-up on the field?
3) My opponent summons blowback and uses prio on my facedown Scapegoat. He tosses right and destroys goats, can I chain goats after he tosses right for blowback's effect or do I have to chain before he starts rolling the dice???
4) Can I activate dimension wall on wildheart?

Actually...

1) Yes (Gravity Bind has no effect on him)
2) Yes (Messenger and LLAB have no effect on him)
3) NO. You have to chain Scapegoat when it's targeted if you want to use it otherwise by the time he's flipping coins, you are resolving an effect and cannot chain to a resolution (you way missed the timing).
4) Yes (Because unlike Magic Cylinder, Dimension Wall does not affect Wildheart. It just redirects damage. Same as why Wildheart will still do no damage if Waboku is activated).

I'm also assuming that the player using Blowback's effect cannot then select another target, right? Once the target is selected, that's it?

I know it targets at activation of it's effect but wasn't sure it you got a replay since the target is no longer there.

No you don't. The same holds true for all targeting effects.

And the target isn't "not there anymore"......it is still there and can be destroyed by blowbacks effect, like you can destroy the card heavy storm with a set MST..........even though it would go to the graveyard at the end of the chain anyways. Simply put, may as well not even flip the coin now. Assume tails and the effect missed. May as well.
