2 Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower face up on field, every time that I special sumon a monster, my oponent discards 4 cards, right? It means that every monster with continuous effects are cumulative, right? As is I have 2 Barrel Dragon, 2 Roullete Barrel...

yes the effect is cumulative.
im not sure ABOUT all continuous effect being cumulative.but most of them are.

the monster effects you have labelled there are both cost effects. all cost effects can be activated once per copy of the monster. provided you satisfy any costs and conditions.

i am not aware of any card effect where they are cumulative other than this:

FMC monsters (Ironically except Fairy Meteor Crush equip card itself). If you have two monsters, each will allow your attacking monster to do FMC effect (such as 2 Enraged battle Ox), they do not stack. A monster may only inflict battle damage to any player once.

oh, and Soul absorbing tower only works when a Zombie is special summoned (rushes to DNA surgery)

Yep. Three of them and three turtles.... if they can't stop it and you got LP to spare going kamikaze with them.... only one thing to say.... OUCH. Especially if you have Call of the Haunted for another quick dozen. (CotH plus the special from Turtle's effect).
