Player B can attack face-down Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower and destroy it right???

Of course you can't destroy a monster that has 1500 DEF unless the attacking monster's ATK exceeds it. DJ was merely being facetious. The fact remains though, that S-ABT is a legal attack target if it's face-down, even with another Zombie on the field.
