Ok. On Spell Absorption It Says "each Time A Spell Card Is Activated, Increase The Life Points Of This Cards Controller By 500 Points."
I Think That Whoever Has The Card On There Side Of The Field Is The One Who Gets The Life Points, But Some Of My Friends Think That Whoever Activated The Spell Card Gets The 500. So Whos Right Me Or My Friends?

The controller of "Spell Absorption" gets the LP increase. It doesn't matter who played the Spell Card.

If the activation of a Spell Card is negated by "Magic Jammer", etc., then you will not gain Life Points for "Spell Absorption".

In reference to this, if a Spell Card is activated and negated, do any cards that can have Spell Counters get them? I assume not, but I'm just checking. For a friend, you see.
