just a question: can a player activate a spell card that doesn't have any targets just to get a spell counter? like fissure? or smashing ground? without the opponent having any face up monsters on his side of the field? hope you get the question... thanks very much!!!

With cards like Fissure and Smashing Ground, your opponent has to have a face-up monster in order for them to resolve properly. If not, you can't activate it. If you really are looking for a card like that "Gather Your Mind" works well.

I think it depends on the Spell Card. Usually there has to be a reson to activate a Spell Card or proper timing activation.

What does Toon Table of Contents do anyway? Is it better than Toon World? Do tell.
