If u want 2 keep this build perhaps try and mix in the "Advanced Ritual Art" tech from Demise OTK in here? With 3 GEs and 3 DMs it seems only like a good idea...

On the other side of things; The deck as it is seems trumendously slow, u'll probs need to input alot more techs to make it work in a tourney worthy fashion

there are 2 routes 2 go;

CCommand/Apprentice/Peten tech build
(for a more beatdown style deck which in my opinion, challenges the strength of monarchs)

-or-

DM/DMCurtain/Apprentice tech build
(for a more OTK style deck with a potential for an incredible damage pursuit over a small number of turns for game)
