ex1) i attack with goblin attack force my opponent use a sakuretsu armor..can i play Spiritual Earth Art - Kurogane to tribute gaf avoiding the effect of sakuretsu and summon another gaf from graveyard an attack with the new monster?

ex2) same moves than ex1 but sakurestu exchanged with night assailant

can i play kurogane in that both ways?

ex1) i should think so aslong as the gaf you bring back is not the same gaf that is tributed.

ex2) im not certian on this one

You can use that strategy with Sakuretsu Armor, since your still in the Battle Step when Sakuretsu Armor can be activated. You would simply summon a new Monster and Sakuretsu would loose it's target.

But not with Night Assailant. Night Assailant is flipped in the Damage Step when attacked, and Spiritual Earth Art - Kurogane is a Normal Trap and cannot be activated in the Damage Step.

It's a nice strategy as long as it's played well. I like using Spiritual Fire Art to inflict damage at the End Phase with Gaia since it is going to be destroyed anyway.

if i tribute the exiled force because of the effect of kurogane, exiled force's effect still goes?
You cannot "Tribute" a monster for one effect, and still use it for its own effect, meaning, if you Tribute Exiled Force for SEAK, that is the ONLY Tribute that will be allowed. Exiled Force's effect does NOT Trigger when Tributed for another cards effect, or for a Tribute Summon.
