Spiritual Earth Art-Kurogane=REPLAY?

If the defending player use Kurogane to replace one of his earth monster with a different one from graveyard when the attacking player have declared attack, does replay occur?
And the attacking player get to choose to attack or not?

I think that numbers of monsters never changed, so no replay occur. But I need confirmation from the higher plane.

Yes, a replay would indeed occur because the attack target was removed and a new attack target was put in it's place.

Even though the physical number of monsters in the end did not change, the fact that a monster left the field and a new monster entered the field was enough to trigger the replay.

A replay occurs because the monsters on the field have changed. It's the same as activating Call of the Haunted, even though the number of monsters on the field never technically changed. Also, the monster who was the original attack target Disappeared, which would case a replay anyway. ^.^
