Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode vs Multiple Lightsworn Mills

So, I was at this tournament where one player had Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode on the field, and his opponent had several Lightsworn monsters on the field, all of which had end phase 'mill' effects.

Now, the player with the Stardust dragon/Assault Mode claimed that he could negate the 'mill' effects of, and destroy, every single Lightsworn monster during the Lightsworn player's End Phase, by resurrecting Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode in between the 'mill' effects of each Lightsworn Monster.

However, I would think that the turn player has priority on activating effects during the End Phase. So if Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode was in the graveyard, the Lightsworn player could choose to activate one (or possibly all) of his/her Lightsworn monster's mill effects before the Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode player would be allowed to activate the Special Summoning effect of their Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode.

But I'm not too hot on this particular area of the rules, so I was wondering if there was anyone out there who be able to fully explain this for me.

You are correct - the Turn Player can activate the effects of all his "Lightsworn" monsters before the opponent can Special Summon "Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode".

(I'm assuming that "Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode" is in the Graveyard before the End Phase?)

During the End Phase, first, the Turn Player has Priority to act. He may use Priority to activate the effect of his "Lightsworn" monster. After the effect resolves, players can respond to the milling with Spell Speed 2+ effects. (The Special-Summoning effect of "Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode" is Spell Speed 1, so it cannot be activated at this time.) After responding, again, the Turn Player has Priority act. He may use Priority to activate the effect of his "Lightsworn" monster....

This repeats until the Turn Player does not wish to activate or do anything else. At this point, Priority passes to the opponent. Only now may the opponent activate the effect of "Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode".

Yeah, this is once Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode is in the graveyard - and if it isn't at the start of the End Phase, it will be once it negates the first 'mill.'

Thanks for the info.
