So, I was at this tournament where one player had Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode on the field, and his opponent had several Lightsworn monsters on the field, all of which had end phase 'mill' effects.
Now, the player with the Stardust dragon/Assault Mode claimed that he could negate the 'mill' effects of, and destroy, every single Lightsworn monster during the Lightsworn player's End Phase, by resurrecting Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode in between the 'mill' effects of each Lightsworn Monster.
However, I would think that the turn player has priority on activating effects during the End Phase. So if Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode was in the graveyard, the Lightsworn player could choose to activate one (or possibly all) of his/her Lightsworn monster's mill effects before the Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode player would be allowed to activate the Special Summoning effect of their Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode.
But I'm not too hot on this particular area of the rules, so I was wondering if there was anyone out there who be able to fully explain this for me.
