Stardust Dragon vs End of Anubis

I'm for the most part familiar with rulings on cards even the crazy ones but I’m having an argument with my friend over a ruling and because its no where on netrep he’s being pigheaded and thinks he’s right but i nee d to Know
If there is a stardust dragon in the graveyard and its first effect was activated to send it there and then you summon End of Anubis on to the field will Stardust’s effect be negated by the end of Anubis because its second effect is activating in the graveyard

You're right. The effect of Stardust Dragon (that would Special Summon itself from the Graveyard) activates while it is in the Graveyard. The End of Anubis makes that effect disappear, and Stardust Dragon cannot be Special Summoned.
