Good day to you,people...i come to u with this doubt..

Can one Stardust Dragon negate another one that is using his effect to negate and destroy another card??...i think not, but i need clarification on this...

I would like some clarification on this what happens to the stardust that was negated, does it come back at the end phase or does it remain in the grave?
I only ask since the only reference to this situation I found online says stardust comes back but everyone I've spoke to says that it shouldn't.

The second "Stardust Dragon" will negate the effect of the first "Stardust Dragon". In its text, it states that it only comes back if it successfully negates an effect, but the first "Stardust Dragon" doesn't.

Example:

Adam: "Mystical Space Typhoon"
Bob: "Stardust Dragon"
Adam: "Stardust Dragon"

In this case, Adam's "Stardust Dragon" returns during te End Phase, and his "Mystical Space Typhoon" goes through normally and destroys a card. Bob loses his "Stardust Dragon" and doesn't get it back.


If both players have a "Stardust Dragon" in play, neither should want to use its effect, because then the other player would negate it and be able to stop it from returning (while that other player's "Stardust Dragon" will return as normal).
