Starting A Spellcaster Deck...

Hey all...im not new to the deck construction by far..but im thinkin of starting a serious deck, and the deck will be a Spellcaster Deck, but the problem is im having a lot of trouble finding out what booster packs that would be best to buy for this deck, im buying the spellcaster judgment structure first, then the boosters...but i dont know which one!Im thinking either the dark beginning v1 and v2 or the dark revelations v1 and v2...please if you have any suggestions or think these booster choices are bad please...reply to this or e-mail me at OdisDallion@aol.com looking forward to any and all suggestions...thanks and later!

hmmm theres not much i think u'll need in db 1...at least nuttin i can think of if ur playing advanced....

i know dr 1 can help u tho...its got all the mfc stuff and sakuretsus...
 
Are you going to focus on a main spellcaster with this deck ie..
Dark Magician, Dark Magician of Chaos, Silent Magician just to name a few.

Or are you going for more of a general spellcaster theme?
 
As Shadow-Guyver pointed out there are several themes for a spellcaster deck. But a generalized spellcaster deck usually doesn't work.


ALWAYS choose a solid theme for a deck. It will make the deck flow much more easily.

And I'd suggest getting TWO copies of the Spellcaster's Judgement deck.

It will allow you more support for magicians with more cards to utilize in deck construction.
