Stealth Bird question

Stealth Bird sits in face up atk position during your turn, You enter your main phase and flip it face down, can it then be flipped back face up into atk position because of it having not had its position changed other then by its effect?

Also Stealth Bird is summoned in face up atk and attacks the opponent, Can it then during main phase 2 be flipped back face down?

Also does anyone know where I can find the rulings on this card in writing?

You can not change the battle position manually of a card that has had its position changed already during the turn (including changed by effect)

Yes you can use an effect to change the position of a card after it has attacked.
