Stealth Bird vs Ceasefire

Is Stealth Birds effect considered a flip effect?

Example: Ceasefire is activated flipping all face down monsters face up. It says no flip effects are activated, if I have a Stealth Bird face down would it still get it's effect?

Stealth birds effect occurs only when Flip Summoned

It's neither triggered nor negated by ceasefire.

Stealth Bird must be "manually" flipped face-up. effects like Book of Taiyou or The Spell Absorbing Life cannot activate Bird's effect.
