No. Â Call Special Summons to ATK position. Â After you use Stealth Bird's effect to flip it face down it has changed to DEF position (you can't manually change the battle position of a monster once it has already been changed that round). Â Not only that but you can't manually change the position of a monster the same round it is summoned in the first place.

You cannot flip "Stealth Bird" on the turn you summon it. On the next turn however you can flip it to face up attack position and then use its effect to flip him back to face down defense position.
