Good day to u,ppl....i posted a question in another forum, i just wanted to double check..

if u tribute a p.d.f. (poison draw frog) for the effect of substitoad, P.D.F misses the timing,right?

Correct. The key part is the text "you can" in Poison Draw Frog.
