Super Rejuvination timing question

Hi, I have a question regarding Super Rejuvination:

If I've already discarded 1 Dragon-type monster card in MP1 and I activate Super Rejuvination in MP2 (i.e. afterwards) will I get to Draw one card in the End Phase per Super Rejuvination's effect? or does Super Rejuvination have to be activated prior to any discards/tributes of Dragon-type monsters?

they can be discarded before you activate it. it only checks for cards discarded this turn whether discarded before or after it makes no difference.

Thanks Emerald, that's what I thought... needed to know that since I played against a deck that had Protector of the Sanctuary face-up on their side and I knew I was going to be able to take him out but was worried I had to play Super Rejuv first, which, I can't while PotS is face-up.
