Targeting and continuous effects

Getsu Fuhma- is this card a continuous or trigger effect? Also is it a targeting effect? Can it be negated by Divine Wrath or Tutan Mask?

Same question for Yomi Ship. Is it continuos or trigger and is it targeting?

"Getsu Fuhma" is a continuous effect. As such it cannot be chained to by "Divine Wrath" or "Tutan Mask"

"Yomi Ship" is a trigger effect so "Divine Wrath" can be used to negate it, but it is non-targeting.
