Okay, a few things came up in a YVD the other day I wasn't sure about and wanted to get additional feedback on...
My opponent has a Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast on the field that he didn't tribute summon for, so his attack is at 1400. I proceed to Metamorph and bring Thousand-Eyes Restrict on the field. I actiave TER's effect to suck up Fusiler. What does TER's attack become? The "current attack" of Fusiler, which is 1400, or the "original attack" of Fusiler, which is 2800? I know other rulings have said it was the "original" attack of the monster, meaning if you had an equip card on the monster you were sucking up, you wouldn't get the equip bonuses as well, but this might be different.

I have TER with a monster equipped to him. Later on in the duel, my opponent activates Skill Drain. Does the monster equipped to TER go back to the opponents side of the field, or does it stay equipped since its now considered an equip card?
