No, because you must pick the monster 1st, then discard, then special summon the monster you picked.
[edit] Now on your next turn, you can pick the monster you discarded on your Last Turn and special summon it to the field.
Also, remember, you cannot special summon monsters that were not properly summoned to begin with.
Meaning you can't discard BLS-EotB, to special summon a monster, then on your next turn discard another monster to Special Summon BLS-EotB becuase BLS-EotB was not properly summoned to begin with.
